Message from the Chair

Thank you to everyone who attended our recent Legislative Council Election forum for the seat of Hobart.

It was great to hear from the candidates on not only small businesses issues but a range of issues that affect our local communities.

Congratulations to new Legislative Council members Cassy O,Connor in Hobart and Bec Thomas in Elwick.

Looking to our May Event we have Eileen Eaton from the ATO presenting their new online learning platform, “Essentials to Strengthen Your Small Business”.

This event is a great opportunity for small businesses owners to meet representatives from the ATO and make sure they are staying compliant with Australian business regulations.
