Fiona McCarthy
I consult in Workplace Psychosocial Risk Management, provide learning and development for leaders.
New Regulation, Code of Practice, International Standards, and a host of evidence-based assessment tools are here, ready for workplaces to identify and manage risk interventions in systematic ways.
We need to take it from the top to be effective. If your organisation is already on board with the idea of wellbeing at work, take the next step.
I’m here to help business get a baseline on their current Psychosocial Risk profile, and then to take this information and create an action plan to control psychosocial hazards.
I can work with you to develop and implement the plan that works for people and business drivers to provide accountability, enhance workplace culture, and prevent harm; all part of the systematic approach needed to ensure value for wellbeing investment.
