Nurse Next Door Hobart West is proudly owned and operated by Jane Supplitt, providing Home Care Services to the community from Moonah all the way down to Bruny Island, including Hobart, Sandy Bay, Kingston, Huonville and surrounding areas, offering home care that’s Making Lives Better.
Jane has over 20 years experience as a Registered Nurse and Midwife working in metropolitan and regional hospitals in both acute and community care. It was recently while working in the Not for Profit Sector with NDIS participants that Jane witnessed the need for accessible health care and quality home care services. Jane treasures nothing more than spending quality time with family and friends.
Her true empathy, kindness and genuine care for others is a fundamental motivation behind her goal in Making Lives Better. Along with her lived experience of supporting a loved one with Multiple Sclerosis this drives her passion to do home care differently in the Hobart region and make it possible for older Australians and those living with a disability to remain in their own home, connected with family, friends and community, for as long as they choose.
