Inclusive Workplaces

Thinking about hiring someone with a disability, but not sure where to start?

JobAccess makes it easier for employers to create inclusive workplaces. They offer free, expert support to help you build disability confidence – including advice on recruitment, workplace adjustments, inclusive language and more.

You can also access government funding through the Employment Assistance Fund (EAF), the fund helps to cover the cost of modifications, assistive tech, Auslan interpreting, and training.
