I started out in a food van sharing the “Billy’s Burger Magic” recipe, but now you’ll catch me right in the centre of the action on the Hobart waterfront.
I arrived in Tassie 20 years ago and fell in love with all it has to offer, not least of which is the amazing fresh produce.
At Billy’s we are committed to sourcing local produce to ensure you get the real taste of Tasmania on your plate.
