About Us
Fabiano Cangelosi, our principal, was admitted to the legal profession in August 2011.
Fabiano first practised at the Launceston firm of Rae & Partners for 4 years in the area of general litigation, then spent 4 years at the Hobart firm of Simmons Wolfhagen, specialising in local government matters, construction litigation, general criminal defence, and regulatory prosecution.
From 2018 to 2022 Fabiano elected to practise solely as a barrister, and appeared as counsel in a number of notable trials and appeals, before founding The Cangelosi Firm, to add an additional layer of capability and support in the conduct of litigation.
The Cangelosi Firm is thus the result of a decade spent refining trial and appellate strategy — and it is ready to serve you, and to serve justice.
